My family was still out of the state during the home & termite inspection. Terri followed the inspector into the crawlspace to take digital pictures to send to me of termite tunnels found under the home. I was concerned about the termites. She wanted me to see the pictures of the tunnels. As it turned out, it was minor. After the sale she was available immediately to answer questions that we had. D &CC, Clayton, NC
Terri was a referral from a friend. She deserves an award. She was awesome in both selling my old home and finding the perfect new one. Damage was found on my old home during buyer inspection that was from builder error. I was my homes original owner and it was almost 10 years old but, Terri got the builder to come out and see it, they agreed it was their error and fixed the damage. Way to go Terri!
